MINSK, 3 February (BelTA) – Belarus Prime Minister Roman Golovchenko will visit Kazakhstan to participate in the session of the Eurasian Intergovernmental Council to be held in Almaty on 4-5 February, BelTA learned from the press service of the Belarusian government.
On 5 February the participants of the meeting will discuss an 11-point agenda, including a better use of special protective, anti-dumping and countervailing measures in the EAEU, as well as revision of the lists of countries that use the EAEU unified system of tariff preferences.
The Eurasian Intergovernmental Council meeting will review the concept of improving electronic document management at sea checkpoints of the member states, coordination and analytical support of selective breeding of livestock in the EAEU. In addition to that, the Eurasian Economic Commission will present a report on the macroeconomic situation in the member states and proposals to ensure sustainable economic growth.
Roman Golovchenko will also take part in the plenary session of the forum “Digital Almaty 2021-Digital Reset: the Leap to the Next Normal”
