MINSK, 10 February (BelTA) – Belarusian First Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs Sergei Lukashevich met with Federal Minister for Commerce of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan Jam Kamal Khan in Minsk on 10 February, BelTA learned from the press service of the Belarusian Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
The parties touched upon the agenda of the eighth session of the joint Belarusian-Pakistani commission on trade and economic cooperation scheduled to be held in Minsk on 10-11 February.
The parties discussed further development of Belarus-Pakistan relations in various areas, status of the agreements reached by the leaders of Belarus and Pakistan, and preparations for the upcoming visit of the prime minister of Pakistan to Belarus.
