Belarus-Luxembourg cooperation discussed

LUXEMBOURG, 26 October (BelTA) – Prime Minister of Belarus Andrei Kobyakov met with Prime Minister of Luxembourg Xavier Bettel in Luxembourg on 26 October, BelTA has learned.

Andrei Kobyakov and Xavier Bettel discussed a broad range of bilateral cooperation matters as well as prospects of advancing relations between Belarus and Luxembourg.

The meeting took place as part of Andrei Kobyakov's working visit to Luxembourg.

On 26 October the Belarusian head of government also visited the global satellite operator SES (Societe Europeenne des Satellites). The prime minister is also expected to visit the logistics hub Luxembourg Cargocenter.

Prime Minister of Belarus Andrei Kobyakov will take part in a Belarusian-European investment forum on 27 October. The forum is supposed to create an effective and result-oriented different-level platform for establishing stable interaction between Belarusian credit and finance institutions and Belarusian commercial entities with European partners in addition to promoting strong and largely unique aspects of the Belarusian economy (information technologies, logistics) among Western business circles.
