MINSK, 25 March (BelTA) – Belarus and Leningrad Oblast (the Russian Federation) will sign a cooperation agreement in trade, economy, science, technology, social security and culture. This is envisaged by the Council of Ministers' Resolution No. 155 as of 20 March 2021, which was officially published on the National Legal Internet Portal, BelTA informs.
The document will be signed between the governments of Belarus and Leningrad Oblast. First Deputy Prime Minister Nikolai Snopkov was authorized to sign the agreement on behalf of Belarus.
The agreement will come into force on the date of its adoption.
