Belarus, Iran ready to build up economic partnership

MINSK, 30 October (BelTA) – Belarus' Minister of Foreign Affairs Vladimir Makei met with outgoing Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Islamic Republic of Iran to the Republic of Belarus Mostafa Oveisi in Minsk on 30 October, BelTA has learned from the press service of the Belarusian Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

The parties commended the high level of political dialogue and took note of the great potential for the development of the Belarusian-Iranian trade and economic partnership.

The minister thanked the Iranian ambassador for his active work to strengthen the bilateral relations and expressed the hope that his successor will maintain and build up the positive momentum in the Belarus-Iran relations across all avenues.
