MINSK, 9 July (BelTA) – The state of and prospects for the Belarusian-Indian relations in various fields were in focus of a meeting between Belarusian Ambassador to India Andrei Rzheussky and Secretary of the Indian Ministry of External Affairs Reenat Sandhu, BelTA learned from the Belarusian Embassy in India.
The parties discussed the state of and prospects for the Belarusian-Indian relations in politics, trade, science, and technology as well as possible Belarusian-Indian contacts at various levels in 2021 and other important cooperation areas.
“The parties also spoke about interaction in international organizations and mutual support during elections to bodies and institutions of international organizations,” the embassy added.
Andrei Rzheussky and Reenat Sandhu hailed the friendly and constructive nature of the bilateral cooperation and expressed readiness to continue expanding cooperation in all matters on the bilateral agenda.
