MINSK, 10 June (BelTA) – A Belarusian government delegation led by Deputy Prime Minister Viktor Karankevich has arrived in Lebanon, the press service of the Belarusian Government told BelTA.
The agenda includes a wide range of matters. The parties are set to discuss ways to strengthen bilateral cooperation across several sectors, including manufacturing industry, agriculture, construction, and infrastructure development, particularly in logistics.
The parties are also expected to exchange views on international matters and compare notes on parliamentary cooperation.
"This is the second visit of the Belarusian delegation to Lebanon since the beginning of the year. Our relations with this country are developing steadily and have a long-term perspective. Lebanon could serve as a platform to promote Belarusian products in the Middle East," the government’s press service noted.
