MINSK, 5 January (BelTA) – Minister of Foreign Affairs of Belarus Sergei Aleinik will pay an official visit to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia on 7-8 January, BelTA learned from the press service of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
“Sergei Aleinik will hold full-format talks with his Saudi counterpart, Minister of Foreign Affairs H.H. Prince Faisal bin Farhan Al Saud,” the Ministry of Foreign Affairs informed.
The Belarusian delegation is set to meet with Saudi government officials and representatives of the business community. “The parties will discuss the bilateral and multilateral agenda with an emphasis on trade and economic cooperation, political contacts, and the legal framework. Other topics on the agenda will include food security, the situation in the region and the world as a whole,” the Ministry of Foreign Affairs added.
