Belarus' FM, ambassador of Palestine discuss situation in Gaza

MINSK, 20 May (BelTA) – On 20 May, Belarusian Minister of Foreign Affairs Maksim Ryzhenkov met with outgoing Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the State of Palestine Ahmed Mohammed al-Madbuh, BelTA learned from the press service of the Belarusian Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

“The parties discussed cooperation in various areas within the framework of the bilateral agenda and interaction in international organizations. They  exchanged views on the developments in the Middle East and discussed the prospects of restoring peace and security in the Gaza Strip,” the press service of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs informed.

Maksim Ryzhenkov thanked the ambassador for his significant personal contribution to strengthening Belarus-Palestine relations based on many years of friendship.
