MINSK, 12 May (BelTA) – Belarusian First Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs Sergei Aleinik met with Apostolic Nuncio, Archbishop Ante Jozic on 12 May, BelTA learned from the press service of the Belarusian Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
The parties discussed bilateral cooperation, preparations for the events to celebrate the 30th anniversary of diplomatic relations between Belarus and the Holy See and also humanitarian cooperation.
“The parties exchanged opinions on the situation in the region and prospects of settling the Ukrainian conflict,” the ministry said.
