Belarus' deputy FM meets with diplomats from Azerbaijan, Serbia

MINSK, 4 August (BelTA – Belarus' Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs Sergei Aleinik met with Charge d'Affaires of the Republic of Azerbaijan in the Republic of Belarus Nizami Rustamov and Charge d'Affaires of the Republic of Serbia in the Republic of Belarus Savo Durica, BelTA learned from the ministry's press service.

“The parties discussed the preparation for a high-level meeting dedicated to the 60th anniversary of the Belgrade Conference that formalized the Non-Aligned Movement. The upcoming event will be held in the Serbian capital in October 2021,” the press service said.

The parties concurred in the opinion that the Non-Aligned Movement, which unites the majority of the UN member states, plays an important role in building a more secure and sustainable world order.
