MINSK, 9 September (BelTA) – Belarus resolutely condemns Czechia’s decision to declare an employee of the Belarusian embassy in Prague persona non grata, the press service of the Belarusian Ministry of Foreign Affairs told BelTA.
The message reads: “This step is baseless and politically motivated and does not contribute to the advancement of constructive interaction and to the normalization of the bilateral relations.”
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs noted that Belarus reserves the right to take reciprocal measures in compliance with the principle of mutuality and of protection of national interests. Belarus also urges the Czech side to refrain from further unfriendly actions.
