MINSK, 2 August (BelTA) - Belarus and China are preparing to sign a declaration to enhance the level of bilateral cooperation, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Belarus to China Yuri Senko said in an interview to Belarus 1 TV channel, BelTA has learned.
“We are working to sign a declaration to raise the cooperation to the level of iron brotherhood, all-weather partnership in the near future. We believe that the document can be signed in the near future,” said the diplomat.
“To date, we have reached such a level of relationship and we need to document this step,” he continued. The ambassador stressed that in practical terms it means trust between the two countries.
The increased level of bilateral cooperation should affect all aspects of the contacts between Belarus and China. This relationship will be used to build all the ties in different areas, including economy, politics, education, and culture.
“This is the highest level of relations,” Yuri Senko said, explaining that this will contribute to an even faster and more expeditious resolution of all issues on the Belarusian-Chinese agenda.
