MINSK, 5 December (BelTA) – The 31st Ministerial Council of the Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe (OSCE) is taking place in Valletta, Malta, on 5-6 December, BelTA reports citing the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
The Belarusian delegation at the OSCE Ministerial Council is headed by Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs Yuri Ambrazevich.
The Ministerial Council offers a key annual platform for foreign ministers of the participating states to review and address security concerns in the region.
