MINSK, 6 April (BelTA) – Political and economic sanctions enforced by the West against Russia and Belarus are beyond common sense. Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Belarus to Mongolia Dmitry Gorelik made the statement in an interview with the Mongolian news portal GOGO, BelTA has learned.
Dmitry Gorelik said: “Today the political and economic sanctions enforced by the West against Russia and Belarus are beyond common sense. The unjustified economic sanctions will be scrapped sooner or later but we will still have bad taste in our mouths.”
The ambassador believes the possibility of restoring relations with the West is always present but time will tell when and how it can be done.
