On 2 September, on the sidelines of the third Belarus-Uzbekistan Women's Business Forum in Vitebsk, held during a visit of a delegation from Uzbekistan to Belarus, representatives of the Belarusian Women's Union and the State Committee for Family and Women of Uzbekistan signed a memorandum of understanding on developing bilateral relations.
