Vladimir Pavlovsky, a graduate of Mogilev State University was elected First Secretary of the Central Committee of the BRSM Youth Union at the 46th Congress of the BRSM. The Congress addressed a number of key issues regarding the activities of the BRSM from 2021 to 2025, including the student construction brigade and volunteer movements. The Congress also elected the Central Committee of the BRSM, its Central Control Commission and the Secretariat of the Central Committee.The 46th BRSM Congress is co-located with the exhibition "Komsomol Chronicle: 1920-2025", the centerpiece of which was a photo exhibition by the Belarusian news agency BelTA featuring 20 photographic works. The photographs, taken by the established photographers, reveal the continuity of generations of young activists: from the first Komsomol members to representatives of the modern youth organization.
