Minsk and Kazan have become twin cities. The agreement on twinning relations and cooperation was signed in Minsk City Hall on 5 December during the visit of Kazan’s delegation to Belarus. The document was signed by Chairman of the Minsk City Executive Committee Vladimir Kukharev and Mayor of Kazan Ilsur Metshin.
