The 2nd international conference dedicated to the United Nations Convention on the Prevention and Punishment of the Crime of Genocide was held in Minsk from 12 to 13 December. The fourth edition “Punitive Operations. Part 2” from the Genocide of the Belarusian people cycle prepared by the General Prosecutor's Office was presented within the framework of the conference.
