On 8 July, Metropolitan Veniamin of Minsk and Zaslavl, Patriarchal Exarch of All Belarus, visited the National Research and Treatment Center for Pediatric Surgery. During the visit, he held a prayer service together with doctors and patients and discussed issues of concern to the medical community and the families of children undergoing treatment in the center.
