Forming a single scientific and technological space of the Union State until 2030 will help ensure the proper level of competitiveness of the economies and make advances in import substitution, State Secretary of the Union State of Belarus and Russia Dmitry Mezentsev told the media before a meeting to take stock of the programs and the execution of the Union State budget in 2024 at the National Academy of Sciences.
