Belarusian President Aleksandr Lukashenko attended a concert in the Kremlin for heads of the delegations that have been invited to attend Victory Day commemorations in Moscow.The event took place in the Kremlin’s Hall of the Order of St. Andrew. It was a good opportunity for the foreign leaders to engage in informal communication.
