Chairperson of Council of Republic Natalya Kochanova held a meeting with a group of international observers from the Parliamentary Assembly of the Collective Security Treaty Organization (CSTO) led by coordinator of the group, member of the Committee on Agrarian Policy, Water Resources, Ecology and Regional Development of the Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic Alisher Erbaev on 24 February.
