The 11th Forum of the Regions of Belarus and Russia on the topic "The Role of Interregional Cooperation in Building an Innovative Economy of the Union State" kicked off in Vitebsk, Polotsk and Novopolotsk on June 27. the program of the first day of the forum features thematic breakout sessions, a meeting of representatives of the Youth Council (Parliament) under the National Assembly of the Republic of Belarus and the Chamber of Young Legislators under the Federation Council of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation and a special panel session of the supervisory agencies of Belarus and Russia.
