The fifth book of the scientific publication by the Institute of History of the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus, titled The People’s Chronicle of the Great Patriotic War: Let’s Remember Everyone! Book 5. Transcript of the First Official Meeting and Memoirs of Participants of the Minsk Underground, was presented at the National Press Center of Belarus on 14 January. The fifth book in the series features, for the first time, published memoirs of participants in the Minsk underground. It also includes the transcript of the first official meeting, held from December 1954 to January 1955 at the Belarusian State Museum of the History of the Great Patriotic War. This meeting was a significant step towards restoring the historical truth about the activities of the Minsk underground, acknowledging the merits of its participants, and rehabilitating its leader.
