The Days of Culture of Novosibirsk Oblast started on 23 May with a concert in the Bolshoi Theater of Belarus. An extensive cultural program is offered to Belarusians on 23-25 May, including exhibitions, concerts, performances. Concerts will also be held in Vitebsk and Brest.
