The first meeting of the ministers of culture of the member countries of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization was held in Vitebsk, within the framework of the 33rd International Festival of Arts Slavianski Bazaar. The meeting brought together representatives of Belarus, Russia, Azerbaijan, Uzbekistan, Tajikistan, Pakistan, Kyrgyzstan, China, Kazakhstan, Iran and India and SCO Secretary General Zhang Ming.
