The 2nd Minsk
International Conference on Eurasian Security kicked off the Belarusian capital
on 31 October. It brought together about 600 participants from more than 40
countries: high-ranking officials from all over Eurasia, representatives of the
OSCE, CIS, SCO countries, heads of a number of international organizations,
heads and high-profile experts of the leading think tanks of the Eurasian
region.
