The parliament should be made of professionals in their field devoted to the people and the country, Chairwoman of the Council of the Republic of the National Assembly Natalya Kochanova told the media after she cast her vote in the elections of deputies at a polling station in the Rhythmic Gymnastics Center in Minsk.
