Belarusian Prime Minister Roman Golovchenko laid a wreath at the Jose Marti Memorial, a memorial to a national hero of Cuba, as part of his official visit to Havana. The memorial is located in the center of the Plaza de la Revolucion in Havana. The monument is the tallest structure in the capital, 142 meters high. Jose Marti was a Cuban poet, writer, publicist, translator, philosopher and revolutionary, leader of the liberation movement of Cuba from Spain.
