Belarus Parliament speaker meets with St. Petersburg governor On 14 July, Chairwoman of the Council of the Republic Natalya Kochanova held a meeting with the Governor of St. Petersburg Alexander Beglov. the Belarusian upper house of parliament also hosted a meeting with representatives of the Napalkov St. Petersburg Clinical Research and Treatment Center for Specialist Medical Care (oncological) and the International Heart Center.
