A meeting to commemorate the 81st anniversary of the tragedy of the village of Ola was held at the memorial complex on the site of the village of Ola in Svetlogorsk District which was burned down during the Great Patriotic War. The meeting brought together the regional leadership, MPs, clergy, public associations, and young people. The memory of all innocent victims of the Great Patriotic War was honored with a minute of silence. Wreaths and flowers were laid at the cross and the mass grave of Soviet soldiers and civilians burned in the village of Ola.
