AOP to host four Iranian badminton players

TEHRAN, 22 November (BelTA - IRNA). - Asia Olympic Project (AOP) in Malaysia to host four members of Iranian national team in coming days.

Nima Rostampour, Amir Hossein Hassani, Sara Aminian, and Mobina Nedaei are the four four members of Iranian national team that will attend Asia Olympic Project (AOP).

AOP training camp will be held in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia from November 21 to December 5.

This camp will be held to select the bests of Asia to join the AOP, where Nima Rostampour and Sara Aminian will attend this camp for the second time this year.

Sorayya Aghaei, the Iranian badminton Olympian, was a former member of this camp.

According to badmintonasia website, Asia Olympic Project is Badminton Asia's player development initiative. The AOP consists of the training opportunities and competition scholarship for players from developing countries organized by Badminton Asia in accordance to the Badminton Asia Strategic Plan 2020 – 2024.
