Winter swimming festival in Polotsk

The open festival of winter swimming was held in Polotsk District to mark the Epiphany Day. The festival the shore of the Belchitsky artificial reservoir near Polotsk brought together 30 athletes from Belarus and Russia. The organizers of the festival were the Polotsk District Executive Committee, the Belaya Rusdistrict organization and the Polar Bear sports club.
