Nesvizh, one of the oldest and most beautiful cities in Belarus, celebrated its 800th anniversary last year. It was first mentioned in historical chronicles in 1223.
The heart of the city is Nesvizh Castle, a UNESCO World Heritage site. It was founded by Prince Nicholas Christopher Radziwill, nicknamed Sirotka, in 1582-1583.
