Tank biathlon at Stalin's Line

MINSK, 13 September (BelTA) – The competition Tank Biathlon took place in the historical and cultural complex Stalin's Line. The event was timed to the celebration of Tanker Day. Four tank crews took turns to go through an obstacle course as long as 2,700m and full of natural and artificial obstacles and featuring three firing positions. The crews fired a 7.62mm machine gun PKT at a full-height figure target, a large-caliber 12.7mm machine gun NSVT at a helicopter-type target, and a 125mm tank cannon at a target shaped like an armored personnel carrier BTR. Many spectators were thrilled to see the performance of the tank crew, which represented Belarus during the International Army Games 2020. The Belarusian team came third during the tank biathlon held as part of the games.
