VITEBSK, 5 May (BelTA) - An exhibition of posters dedicated to the Great Patriotic War was opened in the Vitebsk Regional Museum on 5 May. It features 20 posters created by famous artists in 1941-1945 and reissued in 1975.
An exhibition "In the heart and in the family photo album” was opened in the courtyard of the museum. In May of last year, during the celebration of the 75th anniversary of the Victory, the museum launched the campaign "In the heart and in the family photo album”. During the year, residents of Vitebsk, whose relatives and friends witnessed the Great Patriotic War, provided a large amount of information and exhibits to the museum. The participants of the exhibition launch ceremony laid flowers to a commemorative sign near the entrance to the museum, the site where the Nazis executed Soviet patriots.
