Braslav is a resort city that is home to around 10,000 people. It is located in the northwestern part of Belarus, close to the border with Latvia and Lithuania. Since 1995, it has been the administrative center of the Braslav Lakes National Park. There are three lakes in the territory of the city: Novyaty, Berezhie, and Drivyaty.
