On 2 August Metropolitan Veniamin of Minsk and Zaslavl, Patriarchal Exarch of All Belarus, consecrated the construction site of Belarus' first Old Believers church of the community affiliated with the Belarusian Orthodox Church. The church will be consecrated in honor of Prophet Elijah.
