MINSK, 21 March (BelTA) - A sunny spring day at the Drozdy Water Reservoir in the lens of BelTA’s photographer. The reservoir was created in 1976 by constructing a dam on the Svisloch River to provide reliable water supply and improve water management in Minsk.
