
MINSK, 14 May (BelTA) - Zimbabwe may become a gateway for Belarus to the African market, Zimbabwean President Emmerson Mnangagwa told the media following the talks with Belarusian President Aleksandr Lukashenko in Minsk, BelTA learned.
"We look forward to continuing our bilateral cooperation. We look forward to welcome our partners in Africa. Zimbabwe has a unique position that allows the country to become a kind of gateway for Belarusian products to the wider region. This will contribute to the economic cooperation with many African countries," Emmerson Mnangagwa said.

According to him, cooperation with Belarus will make a great contribution to the development of Zimbabwe's manufacturing sector and economy as a whole.
