
MOSCOW, 30 May (BelTA) – The Energy Commission of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Belarus-Russia Union State will take place in Khanty-Mansiysk, Russia on 6 June, BelTA learned from the PA press service.
“The MPs will consider the development of united markets of oil and oil products of the Union State, import substitution activities in the oil and gas sector,” the press service said.
The MPs are also set to discuss the prospects of cooperation between Belarusian and Russian oil and gas enterprises with a view to achieving technological sovereignty.
Invited to attend the event are representatives of the Energy Ministries of Belarus and Russia, Gazprom Neft.
