MINSK, 30 September (BelTA) – The Eurasian Economic Union will become one of the powerhouses of a new multipolar world if its potential is fully realized, Belarusian Prime Minister Aleksandr Turchin said at a meeting of the Eurasian Intergovernmental Council in Minsk on 30 September, BelTA has learned.
“We have often said that this year will mark an important milestone for the EAEU. We are not only completing the implementation of the Eurasian economic development strategy through 2025 but also laying the groundwork for a new era of integration based on the Eurasian Economic Path Declaration on further development of economic processes within the EAEU. Now, we have the opportunity, as the president of Belarus aptly termed it, to launch EAEU 2.0. To succeed, we must apply our full effort to complete the 2025 strategy and swiftly agree on the EAEU development roadmap at a new integration stage,” said Aleksandr Turchin.

The ‘Made in the EAEU’ label must become a reality,” he remarked.
