Russia’s Bryansk Oblast delegation visits Gomel enterprises

GOMEL DISTRICT, 2 February (BelTA) – A Bryansk Oblast delegation led by Bryansk Oblast Governor Alexander Bogomaz studied the potential and capacities of Gomelagrokomplekt and Gomeloblagroservice on 2 February, BelTA has learned.

The production of milking equipment and other types of equipment for livestock farming was discussed at Gomelagrokomplekt. According to Gomelagrokomplekt Director General Aleksandr Stribuk, the enterprise has been cooperating with Bryansk Oblast for several years already. “Every year we supply more than RUB30 million worth of products. This includes various types of equipment - milking equipment, equipment for indoor maintenance of cattle, large milk coolers, and component parts. But not an entire milking parlor yet,” the director general remarked.

He expressed confidence that today’s visit of the Bryansk Oblast delegation will give a boost to cooperation. “We offer a new upgraded milking installation, as well as a design solution,” he said. According to Aleksandr Stribuk, this matter is under discussion.

The guests were told about the production capacity of the enterprise and its products, including the carousel-type products.

According to Gomel Oblast Governor Ivan Krupko, Gomelagrokomplekt equipment receives great feedback from agricultural producers of the region and beyond.

According to Aleksandr Stribuk, he will soon meet with Bryansk Oblast farmers who have shown interest in Gomel projects.

At Gomeloblagroservice, the visitors were told about the repair and maintenance of agro-industrial equipment, including energy-intensive ones. Director General Aleksandr Torop noted that the company has opened maintenance centers for servicing machinery and equipment, and there are mobile service teams ready to fix problems quickly. “The qualifications of our personnel are rather good. And this was acknowledged by our Bryansk colleagues. Our employees annually undergo mandatory training at Minsk Tractor Works, Gomselmash. We have the necessary certificates and we use these skills in our work,” the company chief told reporters.

The Bryansk Oblast delegation also plans to study the sports infrastructure of the regional center.
