MOSCOW, 27 October (BelTA) - The heads of state of the Eurasian Economic Union member states are expected to take part in the Eurasian Economic Forum due in Minsk in December, Iya Malkina, Aide to the Chairman of the Board of the Eurasian Economic Commission, wrote in her Facebook page, BelTA has learned.
A working meeting to discuss the preparations for the Eurasian Economic Forum in Minsk was held on 27 November, Iya Malkina informed. "We are planning to hold the forum in a face-to-face format. We are also setting up venues in the capitals of the EAEU member states that will join the forum online," she said.
"The draft agenda includes a plenary session with the participation of the heads of state, five thematic sessions (including the search for adequate long-term answers to the pandemic challenges) and a roundtable. The main theme is the strategic development of the EAEU until 2025," Iya Malkina said.
