Preparations for Belagro 2025 gaining momentum

MINSK, 7 May (BelTA) - Preparations for the international specialized exhibition Belagro 2025 are gaining momentum. 510 companies from 11 countries have already applied for participation, BelTA learned from the press service of the Agriculture and Food Ministry of Belarus.

The event, which has been setting the tone in the agricultural industry for 35 years, will have a new venue this year, namely Minsk International Exhibition Center. As of today, 510 companies from 11 countries have applied for participation: Belarus, Russia, Germany, China, Iran, Türkiye, Vietnam, Tunisia, Palestine, Egypt and Pakistan. Applications continue to come in.

Belarus will be represented by 391 economic entities. Twelve regions from Russia confirmed their participation: Bryansk, Voronezh, Rostov, Smolensk, Lipetsk, Nizhny Novgorod and Novosibirsk, Krasnodar Territory and Perm Territory, Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous District, Republic of Bashkortostan and St. Petersburg. Negotiations are underway with the regions of Tambov, Ryazan and Chelyabinsk.
“The exhibition will become not just an exposition, but a celebration of innovation, knowledge and entertainment,” the organizers promised. ‘The professional business program will offer dozens of thematic conferences and seminars to discuss key issues of the agricultural industry: competitiveness of agricultural products, development of breeding livestock, introduction of innovative technologies, cooperation with foreign partners”. 

The program includes forums, roundtables, workshops, contests, demonstrations and presentations, and cultural and entertainment events. The participants are preparing unique expositions, and the program is designed to be interesting for both adult and young audiences.
