Postavy Dairy Plant is an economic mainstay of Postavy District, Vitebsk Oblast. It manufactures cheese, whole milk products and butter. Since January 2022, the plant ramped up the production of all types of goods. Cheese accounts for the largest share of the production. The bulk of the output is exported. The main sales market is Russia. In January-July 2022 exports surged by 39% year-on-year. The plant has a Halal certificate.
