Possible organization of Belagro expo in Kazakhstan under consideration

MINSK, 24 November (BelTA) – Belarus and Kazakhstan are considering the possibility of arranging an offsite agricultural expo Belagro in Kazakhstan. Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Belarus to Kazakhstan Pavel Utyupin made the statement during an online session of the Belarus-Kazakhstan business council, BelTA has learned.

According to the diplomat, the organization of expos is an important matter for advancing Belarus-Kazakhstan relations. In his words, the format of these expos will depend on the epidemic situation in both countries.

The ambassador went on saying: “But in my opinion this matter should not be disregarded. As far as I know, a proposal has been made and the Belarusian embassy in Kazakhstan supports it by all means in order to possibly arrange an offsite agricultural expo Belagro in Kazakhstan next year.”

Pavel Utyupin urged participants of the Belarus-Kazakhstan business council session to support this initiative in every possible way.
