MINSK, 28 July (BelTA) – Over 4.6 million tonnes of grain, including rapeseed, has been threshed in Belarus, BelTA learned from the Agriculture and Food Ministry.
As of 28 July, 4.668 million tonnes of grain (including rapeseed) was harvested, which includes 3.646 million tonnes of cereals and leguminous crops and 1.022 million tonnes of winter rapeseed.
As to other crops, 74% of spring barley was harvested, 62.4% of winter rye, 47% of wheat, 38% of triticale, 31.6% of legumes, and 37.4% of oats. All oblasts have completed harvesting winter barley.
Meanwhile, flax was pulled from 30,900 hectares, which is 69% of the area under this crop.
Grain and legumes straw was collected from 44.7% of cut fields.
