MINSK, 8 July (BelTA) – Belarus is looking for a new registrar, a fiscal agent, a paying agent, and a transfer agent for eurobonds, BelTA learned from the Belarusian Finance Ministry.
On 7 July Citigroup Global Markets Europe AG and Citibank, N.A., London Branch informed they will no longer operate as the registrar, fiscal agent, paying agent, and transfer agent for Belarus' eurobonds. The decision will come into force within 60 days.
The Finance Ministry added that successors for these organizations are being sought.
